Reporting

In the Legal Office Time Off module, you can create reports of time off taken by employees and the type of time off. The reporting feature in Time Off is helpful for analyzing the leave management inside an organization. It will help you to understand the number of days of leaves taken by each employee. You can analyze the report on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.

The image given below is the graphical representation of time off taken by employees.

You can also use Pivot and Calendar view for analyzing the data. The graphical representation can be altered into Line, Bar, and Pie charts. You will get the number of leaves taken by each employee separately in this graph and the colors indicate the type of time off.

The Time Off analysis based on the type of time off will give you the pivot view of data as shown below.

The table includes different Time-Off Types, the number of leaves allocated for each type. By clicking on one type, you will get the list of employees who used that particular time-off type for leave requests.

The list will show the name of the Employee, Number of Days, Requested Type, Start Date, End Date, Status, and Description. You can use this data for analyzing the type of time off created in this module.
