The Department option in the Configuration menu can be used to configure departments available in an organization.

The Department window will display all configured departments in the Recruitment module as shown in the image above. The list will show the Display Name, Company, Manager, Employees, and Parent Department. To add a new Department to the system click the ‘Create’ button.

You can add the Department Name, Parent Department, Manager, and Company in this creation window. Use the ‘Save’ button to save new department details.
