Canned Responses can be defined as predefined responses for commonly asked queries. Such predefined responses will help you to save time and effort. Using this option, you can create a response in advance for some expected questions. In the Legal Office Live Chat module, you will get the Canned Responses option under the Configuration menu as shown in the image below.
You can see the already created Shortcuts and Substitutions on this window. Using the Create button, you can add such canned responses easily. The canned responses can be selected by adding the expression “:'' in the chat box.
